Wordpress user activity Tracker (MemberPulse)
A WordPress plugin that helps membership site owners monitor and re-engage their users. It tracks activity across multiple timeframes — today, this week, this month — and automatically sends re-engagement reminders to members who have been inactive for 30+ days, with the option to message users directly from the dashboard.
About this project
User Activity Tracker is a WordPress plugin built for membership site owners who need visibility into how their members are engaging with their platform. The plugin provides a real-time dashboard that segments users by activity level — active today, this week, this month, inactive for 30, 60, or 90+ days, and never active — giving admins a clear picture of member engagement at a glance.
Beyond tracking, the plugin takes action. Admins can search and filter users, then reach out to individuals directly from the dashboard without leaving WordPress. For hands-off re-engagement, the plugin automatically triggers reminder notifications to members who cross inactivity thresholds (30+ days), helping reduce churn without any manual effort.
Built entirely with PHP and native WordPress APIs, the plugin is lightweight, requires no third-party dependencies, and integrates seamlessly into any WordPress-based membership site. Key features include exportable user data (CSV), filterable activity periods, and status-coded user segments for quick identification.
